  Ivan Garcia

  MD, DABFM

  Growing up, Dr. Ivan Garcia watched both his grandfather and father help people as doctors, which led him to pursue a career in healthcare. “I chose family medicine because I like to have long-term relationships with my patients,” he explains. Dr. Garcia utilizes preventative medicine to keep patients “happy, healthy, and independent.” He says his favorite part of his profession “is to guide patients into healthy habits, identify diseases early, and prevent disease and complications.” Dr. Garcia is grateful to serve the senior population and strives to be “genuine, accessible, trustworthy, and consistent” in his practice. When not caring for patients, Dr. Garcia enjoys running and watching movies. He is also a fan of cooking shows.

  Yasser Martull Pena

  MD

  Dr. Yasser Martull Pena’s interest in medicine and desire to help people led him to pursue a career in healthcare. He enjoys caring for “a diverse patient population with a wide range of medical conditions” and is grateful for the opportunity to develop “long-term relationships” with his patients. He explains, “Building a strong relationship and creating a bond with patients is crucial for providing effective and compassionate healthcare.” He employs “empathy and active listening, respect and dignity, and clear communication” to build a relationship with his patients. He finds it “incredibly rewarding” to care for the senior population. When not with patients, Dr. Pena can be found enjoying time with his family or playing chess.

  Angel Riveron Leyva

  MD

  Dr. Angel Riveron Leyva was inspired by his father, who is also a physician, to pursue a career in the medical field. “Seeing the passion with which my father treated his patients and the gratitude of the patients made me choose this great profession that I love with all my heart,” he explains. He treats patients as if they are his parents or grandparents. He strives to build strong, trusting relationships to help patients better care for their health. “We are here to help you and treat you like a member of our family,” he says. When he is not caring for patients, Dr. Riveron can be found enjoying quality time with his family. He also loves going to the beach, playing chess, and playing sports.
