Shifat Khan attended Prairie View A&M School of Nursing in Houston, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2014. She's a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner credentialed by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Over the course of her career, Shifat has cared for patients in a variety of hospital and clinic settings. Prior to joining Kelsey-Seybold, she worked as a nurse practitioner at the Dr. Saleha Riaz Family Medicine Clinic from 2014 to 2015, the RediClinic Woodlands - Creekside in 2015, UT Physicians Greens Clinic from 2015 to 2020, and at Sanitas Medical Center from 2019 to 2020.
