After graduating from Albany Medical College, Dr. Lee completed an Internal Medicine Residency at Maine Medical Center and an Endocrinology Fellowship at The University of Washington. Dr. Lee then joined the faculty at Tulane University School of Medicine for three years before joining Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in April of 2000. Dr. Lee is director of the Primary Prevention Lipid Clinic (PPLC). The mission of the PPLC is to improve the quality of care provided to Kelsey-Seybold patients with diabetes and dyslipidemia who don't have a history of cardiovascular disease. The PPLC is also designed to help patients with difficult-to-treat dyslipidemia, a disruption in the amount of lipids in the blood, reach their targeted cholesterol goals.
