Description
After graduating from Columbia University's medical school in 1972, Dr. Newmark completed an Internal Medicine residency through the college at Harlem Hospital in 1973. In 1976, Dr. Newmark completed a fellowship at Columbia's Neurology Institute. He completed his medical education with a fellowship at the National Institute of Health, where he specialized in epilepsy. Dr. Newmark is a fellow of the American Academy of Neurologists and a member of the Epilepsy Foundation of America. When he's not caring for patients, Dr. Newmark enjoys bicycling and reading mysteries.
