Poor Service

This company was contacted via my Roadassistance with Allstate. They acknowledged the tow and said they would be there in 55 min. It is now 4 hours later and they are not answering the phone nor have they showed up. What I don't understand is of you cannot accommodate why take the tow? Poor Customer seevice. 2 females Left stranded. I will be getting with Allstate requesting they be dropped from their choices of dependable tows.
