  • Olesya

My background comes from being an elite-level gymnast, and later gymnastics coach. For a decade, I traveled the country performing six nights a week as a contortionist and acrobat for Cirque. I started doing Pilates as cross-training and it quickly became my lifeline in helping bring balance to my body and avoiding injuries. I am coming up on my 9th year teaching group classes and working with private clients. My teaching experience ranges from working with avid golfers to NCAA athletes to weekend warriors. I have gone through extensive educational trainings to ensure that I am safely able to work with any movement level, injury and body ailment. I can’t wait to work with you!

She completed her Comprehensive Pilates Certification through Peak Pilates and left training to pursue her passion in teaching Pilates full time. Moving across the country gave her the opportunity to work along side Cirque du Soleil performers, professional ballerinas, and Olympic Athletes.
