  Larry W Tilger, DDS, PA

  Cosmetic and General Dentist

  Dr. Larry Tilger grew up in Amarillo. He graduated from the Baylor College of Dentistry where he was an Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Graduate. Dr. Tilger received his anesthesia/IV sedation training from the University of Southern California and is certified to perform oral and IV sedation. He received his Advanced Surgical and Prosthetic Implant training from the renowned Misch International Implant Institute and is a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Upon moving to Houston, Dr. Tilger contracted with the Department of Defense, providing dental services to active and retired military. He graduated from the Advanced and Masters programs at the Center for Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry (formerly The Baylor Aesthetic Continuum) where he continues to serve on the teaching faculty. To keep up with the latest techniques and materials he has continually advanced his knowledge and training through vast continuing education from many of the most highly regarded experts in dentistry. Having practiced for over 30 years, Dr. Tilger has extensive experience and expertise in most areas of dentistry. Dr. Larry Tilger is very proud to have his daughter practicing with him. She has brought a tremendous knowledge base and fine surgical skills which make her a perfect fit for our comprehensive treatment modalities. Outside the office, Drs. Tilger have completed dental mission trips outside the country as well as in Texas. Through faith-based organizations and The Texas Dental Association Texas Mission of Mercy, Drs. Tilger have been able to serve by providing emergency dental care. Outside of their dental practice, Dr. Larry Tilger enjoys traveling and spending time with family and spoiling his two granddaughters. He enjoys the outdoors and is involved in several wildlife conservation projects.

  Lindsay J Tilger, DDS

  General Dentist

  Dr. Lindsay Tilger grew up in the Clear Lake area and graduated from Friendswood High School. She attended Baylor University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. In addition to being inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and The Mortar Board Society, she received the Outstanding Senior Biology Award. She attended Baylor College of Dentistry for her Doctorate in Dental Surgery. It was there that she discovered her passion for both surgical and restorative dentistry. Upon graduating from BCD, she completed an advanced general practice residency at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. While there, she obtained advanced surgical training as well as anesthesia/IV sedation training. She worked closely with other physicians on medically compromised patients including cancer and heart patients. Dr. Lindsay understands the importance of dental health for a patient’s overall health. She obtains hundreds of hours of continuing education every year. She has completed an advanced clinical residency in oral implantology at the Advanced Dental Implant Institute being directly mentored by Dr Hilt Tatum, a pioneer and innovator in dental implantology and surgical techniques. Dr. Lindsay also loves treating children and likes to ensure that they have a pleasant experience at the dentist. While not practicing dentistry, Dr. Lindsay enjoys traveling, watercolor painting, salsa dancing, and cheering on her Baylor Bears and Ohio State Buckeyes!
