I love this place!
I absolutely love the Westheimer location for ILoveKickboxing. I kept seeing ads and had wanted to try it out for over a year, but life was so busy. I had my first class in October of 2017 and instantly fell in love! Not only is the work out fantastic (and actually fun!) all of the coaches are amazing. They make you feel welcome the second you walk in the door, they take the time to get to know you by name, they take the time to learn about you so they can help motivate you and push you towards success positively, and in just a short time they feel like friends/second family. In what feels like no time at all, I already feel myself getting stronger and building stamina. Not to mention losing weight and building confidence! Each work out is different, so the class never feels boring. I so wish I had started sooner, ILoveKickboxing is amazing!

iLoveKickboxing changed my life. The staff are so awesome and motivating and the workout has made me lose 10 pounds already. It's honestly the highlight of my day. Can't recommend it enough!!!"

I have few days of starting, I loved the moment that Gaby helped me was an excellent attention and each of the trained helped me a lot, thanks for all westheimer staff

ilovekickboxing literally!
ilovekickboxing is amazing! I just moved to this side of town and thought it would be difficult to adjust and they made it feel like a breeze. The staff is friendly and hilarious! they make me want to come to class! I LOVE THIS PLACE!

my first day was good Ryan and Renee was so much fun in class. Ryan made sure I understand everything about the club. Renee was the teacher for the day with the help of Ryan who was great showing me the basic steps to kickboxing. It was a good workout yes it was hard but in a good way I love every minute of it. the one thing I notice about this trainers they want to see you make your goals and make you accountable for you coming to class. if you are MIA they will be on the phone calling to see what's going on. the rest room are very clean I love that. I highly recommend this to my friends and family to try I love kick boxing out.

Ryan made sure I understand everything about your club. the work out was hard but also good. but this is something I would highly recommend to my friends and family which I have told them to try you guys out if they are looking for a fun place and PEOPLE WHO WANT TO SEE YOU MAKE YOUR WORKOUT GOALS. if you miss too many days they on the phone calling you to see What's going on I love that just a great group of trainers YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!
