Our lawyers have successfully represented thousands of people injured by dangerous drugs and medical devices. We also represent victims of abuse by Catholic clergy and other elders, and those injured by chlorypirifos and other toxic pesticides. We work on a contingency fee basis, getting paid only if we win a client's case in court or settle it. Our clients pay no attorneys fees unless they recover. We recognize that sometimes there is strength in numbers. We may file or settle a claim individually or as part of a group, on a case-by-case basis; but not as a class action. (We rarely file class action lawsuits.) Whether we file a claim individually or as part of a group fighting against the same defendant, it is our goal to provide each of our clients with undivided individual attention. Though we handle large numbers of mass tort cases, we pride ourselves on giving each client as much individual care and attention as we are able.
