Joseph Onwuteaka

His formal education also includes an MBA from Texas Southern University and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Alabama A & M University. Joseph Onwuteaka has also won several Texas Appellate Court cases that have made law at least in Texas, including the Landmark case of Carter v. Allstate Insurance Co., 962 S.W. 2d 268 (Tex. App. - Houston [1st Dist.] 1998).
