Dr. Catherine Ong, Optometrist, and Associates - Copperfield Center is your neighborhood eye doctor located at 7085 Highway 6 North. Your Houston eyecare center offers genuine eye care where your eye health and wellness is our primary focus. Annual eye exams are a recommended cornerstone for ensuring the health of your eyes. In addition to checking for changes in your vision and updating your prescription, we will also look at your overall eye health, internally and externally. Prevention and early detection are keys to maintaining healthy eyes, as some eye health issues have no immediate symptoms but can still cause damage if left untreated. That’s why regular check-ups are critical.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Worst experience ever! This doctor is terrible! She was very rude during the both my daughters’ eye exams and rushed through. She spoke really roughly to both and even grabbed my e8 yr. old daughters head and pushed it up to the forehead rest. Then after the receptionist realizing she had forgotten to measure my daughter for contacts she said "well she didn't say anything about it" and stormed off. The receptionist ran after her and explained it was checked on the form, but the doctor refused to complete the exam. Worst experience I've had with any type of doctor ever!! The fact that she was so gruff and short with my kids makes it even more infuriating! There is no way to be confident that she did a thorough, professional job because of how she rushed through, so I’ll just have to take them again elsewhere. What a nightmare!

Dr. Catherine Ong is a local Houstonian and has been in practice for over 20 years. She has amassed significant experience in the design and fitting of all contact lens types including lenses for astigmatism, bifocal contact lenses for presbyopia and in the treatment and management of eye disease. Her attention to details also provide her with a superior understanding of eyeglass prescriptions and ability to successfully assist patients with all sorts of visual and specialty prescription needs

Dr. Jimmy Nguyen
Dr. Jimmy Nguyen is a native of Houston and has been practicing with Pearle Vision since 2006. He brings to the practice his wealth of knowledge and experience in contact lens, difficult prescriptions, and laser surgical consultation. He is very easy going and down to earth.

Dr. Terri Conrad
Dr. Terri Conrad received her doctor of optometry from University of Houston College of Optometry in 1980. She spent the first half of her career raising 3 beautiful accomplished young women and supporting her husband's dental practice. With her children grown and successful she is now practicing optometry full-time at Pearle Vision. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience with a touch of warmth and always a big smile.
