  • Harry Green

    Director of Business Development

    Harry founded Green Residential with his son, Leon, and he focuses his time and effort on new business development. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration, with a focus in Accounting, from The University of Texas at Austin. After graduating from UT, Harry started his own commercial real estate company and developed his first class A office building when he was thirty years old. Harry brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Green Residential team.

  • Leon Green

    President

    Leon is one of the founders of Green Residential. He spends the majority of his time developing relationships with new clients and overseeing all aspects of the property management business. He is very detail-oriented and strives to make sure his team has all of the resources they need to maintain Green Residential’s status as Houston’s premier property management company. Leon received his Masters of Science in Accounting and Bachelors of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. After graduating from SMU, he spent the next five years working as a CPA and external auditor for Deloitte & Touche LLP. He enjoys being a property manager and appreciates the responsibility of taking care of owners' assets.

  • Burton Hanson

    Senior Vice-President

    Burton leads our property management and acquisitions team. He spends the majority of his time building relationships with individuals and institutions across the country with a specific ownership focus in the Austin and the Greater Houston Area. Burton is a service-oriented individual who cares deeply about stewarding the assets his clients have entrusted to his care. He received a Business Finance degree from Louisiana State University and a Masters of Divinity from Southern Seminary.

  • Michael Brown

    Office Manager

    Michael is Green Residential’s Office Manager. He helps to keep the team organized and running smoothly. Prior to joining Green Residential, he spent 12 years working at Cadence Bank in the mortgage loan servicing department, where he specialized in loan audits, modifications, and bankruptcy-related issues for the mortgage portfolio.

  • Shaun Felechner

    Manager over Move-In & Move-Out Processes

    Shaun is Green Residential's Manager over Move-In and Move-Out Processes. He keeps the team organized to assure that move-ins go smoothly, rent is promptly collected, and homes are in good condition upon move-out. Shaun was born and raised in Lahaina, Hawaii. Prior to joining Green Residential, Shaun spent 4 1/2 years working at Quam Properties, where he managed homeowner associations, long-term rental properties, and vacation rentals.

  • Luis Rojo

    Repair & Maintenance Manager

    Luis is Green Residential’s Repair & Maintenance Manager. He supervises our Repair and Maintenance Coordinators to assure that nothing is overlooked. He has worked in customer service-related positions for the past 4 years. He enjoys helping others and takes pride in his work.
