Robert and Jiena are the dedicated owners of The Goddard School in Crossroads. Robert has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Jiena has a Master’s degree in Music Composition. They have two sons, Ian and Carson, and a daughter named Zoey who are all currently attending a Goddard School. They are committed to making sure that each child who passes through The Goddard School doors are loved and cared for. Ms. Qaljana, serves as the Assistant Director at The Goddard School. Raised in Klein, Texas, she completed her education at Klein High School. With over a decade of experience across various educational levels, she has consistently returned to her true passion: Early Childhood Education. Her commitment to nurturing young minds and positively impacting their lives has always been a driving force for her. As a devoted mother of two, she cherishes her children, who reignited her enthusiasm for her vocation. In her leisure time, Ms. Nay enjoys reading, writing, cooking, and spending quality moments with her family. She is eager to contribute to the team and engage with the wonderful families and children at The Goddard School.
Ms. Williams is originally from Louisiana. She relocated to Houston, TX in 2005. She's worked in Early Child Care for 19 years, 11 of those years she has worked as a lead teacher. Ms Williams is the Lead Teacher for our Infants Classroom. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music and dancing. Her philosophy is that "All children are butterflies, so let them flutter." Ms. Keisha is a devoted childcare provider who brings kindness, patience, and experience to every child she cares for. As a mother of three, she understands the importance of creating a nurturing, safe environment where kids can thrive. Her passion for childcare began with her love for helping children grow and feel supported—just like she does with her own. Caring for kids isn't just her job, it's something she truly enjoys and finds purpose in every day.
Ms. Shruti, originally from India, is passionate about teaching and believes every child is a blank slate full of potential. She finds great joy in watching young children’s faces light up as they learn and grow. With a deep care for both the world and the environment, Ms. Shruti is dedicated to shaping the future by imparting knowledge to her students. Outside the classroom, she enjoys reading, writing, watching TV, shopping, and traveling. A proud mother of a 20-year-old daughter, her favorite color is black, and she cherishes the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.
Ms. Shika is the heart and soul of the kitchen at The Goddard School. With a background in home-style cooking and a deep love for children, Ms. Shika brings more than just food to the table—she brings comfort, care, and creativity to every dish. For her, cooking isn’t just about feeding little bellies—it’s about helping them grow, learn healthy habits, and feel safe and cared for every single day.
