Excellent Service
My laptop was stricken with some kind of computery disease. I found Computer-Wiz on Yelp and gave them a call. Monica the office manager at Computer-Wiz responded almost immediately and after a couple of phone calls I made the appointment. The Computer-Wiz technician arrived right on time and after a bit of dialogue he got right to work on my laptop, within a couple of hours he was done - they quoted about 2 hours and he was right on target! I knew going in what it would cost (approximately) their quote was right on. They charge hourly - which is nice - because you know how much to expect and if it starts racking up - you can stop the process if it just isn't worth it and buying a new computer makes more financial sense. The CW technician was professionally dressed, very nice to chat with while he was doing his work, and he offer support after the service call via phone which was nice to hear. Don't hesitate to call them if you need a computer wiz! Miriam

Happy Customer!
I was very impressed by their offices, most computer places are kind of junkie but not these guys! Not only were their offices nice, clean, and professional looking but so were the technicians that helped me. I would hardly call them technicians since they acted more like a friend that could relate to my problem. Anyway, I would highly recommend these guys whenever you have any kind of computer/technical issues. Sandy & Maryanne
