She responds to each baby with sensitivity and attention; uses words, facial expressions, and eye contact to communicate; and uses family photos to promote self-awareness and provide continuity with each child's home. Ms. Andrea helps babies build brain power in a loving and caring environment. She prepares infants to think and reason by exploring the concepts of cause and effect, trial and error, and object permanence through play; provides a variety of materials of different colors, sizes, textures, and shapes for infants to explore; and encourages the use of all five senses so that babies can safely discover the world.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

    <p><!--block-->Ms. Yuilana's goal is to enhance learning through play using distinct areas of mathematics, creative arts, language, dramatic play, and sensory exploration. She partners with families to ensure ongoing communication. Ms. Yuilana informs her families of the themed monthly units so that they can share in their child’s education. In addition to caring for the toddlers, Ms. Yuilana ensures that children are learning as much as possible.&nbsp;</p>

    <p><!--block-->Ms. Lillian's goal is to provide an environment where children will gain the comfort and confidence to forge trusting relationships, value their individuality, and have fun just being themselves. She helps children engage in the world around them by enhancing their verbal and nonverbal communication skills. There’s no one-size-fits-all method for teaching a child to use the toilet, and so Ms. Lillian actively seeks out ways to help each individual child and their family navigate this developmental milestone in the way that's best for them. Children in her classroom make new friends and gain the confidence, self-esteem, and negotiating skills necessary for a lifetime of healthy relationships.&nbsp; Families are always invited to join Ms. Lillian's class for story time or for one of the center's monthly Community Social Events. She looks forward to working with each family as their child progresses through our program.&nbsp;</p>
