Dirty and Bad Service

Worst laundry mat I have ever been, I had to clean the machine it was covered in mold and had a bad smell, There is a lady working there and she just sits around and talks on the phone, then she won't let you finish drying clothes, I took my clothes wet because she threatened to cut the machines if I put another coin in, she also threatened to lock the door if I stepped out to put stuff in my car, she said if you step out take everything all at once if you leave clothes I will trash it, I have never heard of or had an experience like this. The owner needs to fire her and hire someone to clean and attend the customers that lady is lazy and not fit for this job, I will report this to the health department, he bacteria is a hazard to every innocent person, the poor people that wash here are humble people and don't know this dirty place is a hazard.
