Description

Rilion Gracie Energy Corridor is a Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai academy in Houston, TX. We teach adults and kids how to train, how to spar, and how to see what's actually happening on the mat. Programs include adult Jiu Jitsu (gi and no-gi), adult Muay Thai, kids Jiu Jitsu, kids Muay Thai, and private lessons. Our approach is rooted in the Rilion Gracie lineage — technical, perception-based, and built for real understanding rather than memorized sequences. Beginners are welcome; you don't need to be in shape, athletic, or experienced to start. Head instructor Drew Lockwood is a Rilion Gracie black belt, training since 2003. Located at 1396 Eldridge Pkwy in Houston's Energy Corridor. Free trial class available.
