Ajla Uzicanin, MPAS, PA-C, graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine at Galveston, earning her Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2024. Bilingual in English and Bosnian, Ajla joined Kelsey-Seybold’s Gastroenterology department as a certified physician assistant in January 2026. She provides evidence-based care for patients with abdominal pain, dysphagia, constipation, diarrhea, bloating, and rectal bleeding as well as conditions such as acid reflux, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, liver conditions, and infections.
