Keydy Diaz, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, attended the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine at Galveston, completing her Master of Science in Nursing in 2015. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Keydy joined Kelsey-Seybold’s Family Medicine department as a board-certified nurse practitioner in January 2026. As a primary care provider, she offers compassionate, evidence-based care to patients of all ages. This includes preventive care like well checks and care for acute conditions such as respiratory infections, pneumonia, ear infections, throat infections, urinary tract infections, and injuries. She also partners with patients to manage chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, asthma, COPD, heart failure, and others.
