Troy Fiesinger, MD, attended Baylor College of Medicine, earning his medical degree in 1996. He went on to East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine to complete his internship and Family Medicine residency in 1999. Dr. Fiesinger joined Kelsey-Seybold as a board-certified Family Medicine physician in September 2025.
