Janay Dehen, MSN, FNP-BC, attended the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston Cizik School of Nursing, earning her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner in May 2025. Janay joined Kelsey-Seybold as a nurse practitioner specializing in Hematology in September 2025. Inspired by her mother, Janay strives to ensure all her patients will feel heard and valued under her care. As she prioritizes educating her patients to better engage them in their own care, Janay also loves that her career in healthcare offers her the opportunity to always learn and grow as a person. When she’s not providing excellent patient care, Janay loves traveling, trying new restaurants, swimming, and spending time with family and friends.
