Chandni Lotwala, MD, pursued her medical degree at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, graduating in 2021. She then headed to Freehold, New Jersey, where she completed her internship and residency at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 2024. Dr. Lotwala relocated to Houston, Texas, to complete a Hospice and Palliative Medicine fellowship in 2025 at UTHealth Houston and joined Kelsey-Seybold in July 2025. As family medicine provider, Dr. Lotwala sees patients of all ages, treating conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, common colds, and much more. She also provides well care such as regular checkups, immunizations, and school physicals.
