Rabiya Noor, MD, completed her Doctor of Medicine degree at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in Lubbock in 2019. She then went to Corpus Christi, Texas, to complete the Christus Spohn/Texas A&M Family Medicine Residency Program in 2022. Board certified in both Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine, Dr. Noor joined Kelsey-Seybold in August 2025. Dr. Noor provides primary care to patients of all ages. This includes well care such as physicals and immunizations. She also treats acute illnesses and injuries, including joint pain and seasonal viruses, as well as manages chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease. Dr. Noor is also especially interested in obesity management and women’s health.
