Alexis Sabu, MPAS, PA-C, earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology at the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas, in 2020. She then went to the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, School of Health Professions, to earn her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2024. Alexis joined Kelsey-Seybold as a certified physician assistant in Kelsey-Seybold's Gastroenterology department in April 2025. Alexis provides high-quality, individualized, evidence-based care for a variety of gastrointestinal conditions such as diarrhea, constipation, GERD, dysphagia, elevated liver enzymes, and more.
