Jay R. Gavvala, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained clinical neurophysiologist treating drug-resistant epilepsy, stereo-electroencephalography, critical care EEG, neuromodulation in epilepsy, and magnetoencephalography. He’s an associate professor of neurology at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston and a member of the Texas Comprehensive Epilepsy Program. He also serves as director of the Adult Magnetoencephalography Laboratory at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center.
