Seyed Mohammad Tabatabai, MD, MPH, is a Family Medicine physician who earned his medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine in 2021 and completed his residency at UTHealth McGovern Medical School in 2024. Growing up, Dr. Tabatabai was inspired to become a physician after seeing firsthand how a caring family doctor could make a significant difference in his community. Dr. Tabatabai treats a variety of conditions, focusing on chronic disease management, preventive care, and integrative medicine. He joined Kelsey-Seybold in Septermber 2024.
