  Attorney Salem earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Inter-American University School of Law in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where she was ranked among the top 10 law school students and graduated Magna Cum Laude with honors. Naimeh Salem is a highly recognized Attorney with over 10 years of experience in Immigration Law. Attorney Salem strives to educate all clients on the immigration process and offer solutions that meet the individual needs of each family and business with immigration-related issues. Attorney Salem is fluent in both English and Spanish and holds the exceptional ability to communicate effectively with non-English speakers.   Charissee Garza Cardoze

  Attorney Cardoze grew up in South Texas and graduated with a B.A. degree in Government from the University of Texas at Austin. She later attended law school and received her Juris Doctor degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law where she graduated with honors (cum laude). After several years of immigration experience, Attorney Cardoze established her own law office and successfully represented clients for over 12 years. She is licensed to practice in the Texas Supreme Court and Southern District of Texas. Attorney Cardoze has extensive experience in representing clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and defending clients from removal in immigration courts through the United States.

  Gregory J. Guarino Jr.

  Attorney Guarino is a fourth-generation Houstonian. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. While attending college, Attorney Guarino studied abroad in Spain where he learned Spanish. After college, he attended the South Texas College of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree. Attorney Guarino worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Galveston County. He then became Managing Attorney at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston where he led their Unaccompanied Children’s Immigration Program for many years. Attorney Guarino has presented at many Continuing Legal Education courses on the topic of Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and Asylum. He is committed to his clients who he represents in all immigration matters and is passionate about helping them achieve the American dream.

  Eric J. Brown

  Attorney Eric Brown is an Associate Attorney at Naimeh Salem & Associates, PLLC. Mr. Brown has a broad and diverse immigration practice. He excels at legal writing and research, and devising effective, creative strategies in court litigation and administrative agency filings to win difficult cases for his clients. Mr. Brown’s practice includes removal defense before the Houston Immigration Court, including appellate litigation with the Board of Immigration Appeals and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. He also handles the firm’s SIJS cases for undocumented children who have been abused, abandoned, or neglected, U-Visa cases for crime victims, T-Visa cases for trafficking victims, and VAWA cases for victims of domestic violence by a U.S. citizen or permanent resident spouse. Mr. Brown also works on cases involving family-petitions, adjustment of status, waivers, and naturalizations. Mr. Brown earned his juris doctorate from the University of Toledo College of Law in Toledo, Ohio. He is admitted to practice law in Texas, before the Board of Immigration of Appeals, and in Immigration Courts throughout the United States.

  Juan Aguilar

  Attorney Aguilar is a San Antonio native and a first-generation lawyer coming from Mexican immigrant parents. At an early age, he knew he wanted to purse a legal career to zealously advocate for underrepresented immigrants. As such, he attended Texas A&M International University where he graduated with a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice in 2018. Soon after, he pursued his Juris Doctor at Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Attorney Aguilar’s dedication to ensure successful results for his clients in immigration matters stems from the difficulties his parents faced in seeking a better life in the United States.   Attorney Montiel-Lopez is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and is licensed to practice law in Nicaragua. With extensive knowledge of immigration and business law, Attorney Montiel-Lopez advises his clients on business and employment immigration processes, including labor certifications, investor visas, treaty trader visas, extraordinary skills visas, executive and administrative visas, and NAFTA professional worker visas. Attorney Montiel-Lopez has served as an advisor to several Central American corporations: the Central American Bank owned by GE Capital Global Banking, America Insurance Company and The Pellas Group. Throughout his career in corporate law, Attorney Montiel-Lopez’s scope of practice has included civil litigation, contract law, insurance law, real estate law, banking law, and debt collection. Attorney Montiel-Lopez holds a Master of Laws from the Michigan State University School of Law, a Bachelor of Laws from the Central American University, a Master of Civil Procedure Law from the American University, a Master of Banking and Capital Markets Law, and a Master in International Business.   Attorney Neyda Cruz was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Public Relations and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico. She later earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico, School of Law and was quickly admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Following her move to Houston, Texas in 2016, she has focused her legal practice solely in the ever-changing U.S. Immigration law. Attorney Cruz is a caring, detail-oriented and experienced immigration attorney who uses her legal knowledge and passion for social justice to guide her clients through the complex U.S. immigration system. Attorney Cruz handles a wide range of nonimmigrant and immigrant cases before the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service ("USCIS") and the Department of State such as family-based petitions, adjustment of status, naturalizations, certificates of citizenship, waivers of inadmissibility, fiancé visas, Cuban adjustments, DACA, TPS and benefits for military family members.   Attorney Molly Full graduated with honors from the West Virginia Wesleyan College with a Bachelor's in English and Environmental Studies and a minor in Economics. She then pursued her JD at St. John's University School of Law in Queens, New York. During her time at St. John's, Attorney Full was awarded the Pro Bono Service Award and the Refugee & Immigrants Rights Clinic Award. Attorney Full has been a member of the New York State Bar since 2016, as well as an active member of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association (AILA). Attorney Full has practiced exclusively in Immigration Law, and has dedicated her career to serving the immigrant community.   Attorney John T. Hayes has an unwavering commitment to helping the immigrant community and advocating for their legal rights. As the son of immigrants, he understands the challenges faced by this community in the United States. John obtained a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and a master's degree in Business from Northeastern University in Boston, with high honors. Subsequently, he attended the Law School at the University of Puerto Rico, where he earned his Juris Doctor (JD) with magna cum laude. He completed his Master of Laws (LLM) degree graduating Summa Cum Laude from Northwestern University in Chicago. John is licensed to practice law in Washington, D.C and Puerto Rico. He is also admitted to practice before the Fifth Circuit Courts of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States. Before joining Naimeh Salem and Associates, John focused on civil and criminal law. Later in his career, he transitioned to the practice of immigration law in the state of Maryland and Texas, where he successfully represented immigrants and their families in deportation proceedings and advocated on behalf of his clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. John is fluent in English, French and Spanish. His commitment is to advocate for his clients with integrity, compassion, and effectiveness.

  Ramiro Narro

  Attorney Ramiro Narro is a graduate of The Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Ramiro is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and he has been licensed to practice law since 1996.
