    Attorney Salem earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Inter-American University School of Law in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where she was ranked among the top 10 law school students and graduated Magna Cum Laude with honors. Naimeh Salem is a highly recognized Attorney with over 10 years of experience in Immigration Law.   • Charissee Garza Cardoze

    Attorney Cardoze grew up in South Texas and graduated with a B.A. degree in Government from the University of Texas at Austin. She later attended law school and received her Juris Doctor degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law where she graduated with honors (cum laude). After several years of immigration experience, Attorney Cardoze established her own law office and successfully represented clients for over 12 years. She is licensed to practice in the Texas Supreme Court and Southern District of Texas. Attorney Cardoze has extensive experience in representing clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and defending clients from removal in immigration courts through the United States.

    Attorney Guarino is a fourth-generation Houstonian. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. While attending college, Attorney Guarino studied abroad in Spain where he learned Spanish. After college, he attended the South Texas College of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree. Attorney Guarino worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Galveston County. He then became Managing Attorney at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston where he led their Unaccompanied Children’s Immigration Program for many years. Attorney Guarino has presented at many Continuing Legal Education courses on the topic of Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and Asylum.     Attorney Eric Brown is an Associate Attorney at Naimeh Salem & Associates, PLLC. Mr. Brown has a broad and diverse immigration practice. He excels at legal writing and research, and devising effective, creative strategies in court litigation and administrative agency filings to win difficult cases for his clients. Mr. Brown’s practice includes removal defense before the Houston Immigration Court, including appellate litigation with the Board of Immigration Appeals and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. He also handles the firm’s SIJS cases for undocumented children who have been abused, abandoned, or neglected, U-Visa cases for crime victims, T-Visa cases for trafficking victims, and VAWA cases for victims of domestic violence by a U.S. citizen or permanent resident spouse.     Attorney Montiel-Lopez is admitted to the State Bar of Texas and is licensed to practice law in Nicaragua. With extensive knowledge of immigration and business law, Attorney Montiel-Lopez advises his clients on business and employment immigration processes, including labor certifications, investor visas, treaty trader visas, extraordinary skills visas, executive and administrative visas, and NAFTA professional worker visas.     Attorney Neyda Cruz was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Public Relations and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico. She later earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico, School of Law and was quickly admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Following her move to Houston, Texas in 2016, she has focused her legal practice solely in the ever-changing U.S. Immigration law. Attorney Cruz is a caring, detail-oriented and experienced immigration attorney who uses her legal knowledge and passion for social justice to guide her clients through the complex U.S. immigration system.
