    Dr. Brock performs all aspects of oral, maxillofacial and reconstructive procedures Dr. Brock interests include reconstructive surgery of the face and jaws including placement of dental implants to replace teeth that have been removed, the removal of wisdom teeth, corrective jaw surgery and surgical treatment of snoring and sleep apnea.

  • Dr. Christopher D. Morris DDS, MD

    Christopher D. Morris DDS, MD, FACS is a board certified oral maxillofacial surgeon whose surgical focus is on restoration of the aesthetics and function of the face and mouth. Dr. Morris attended Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, where obtained his dental degree (D.D.S) and graduated #1 in his class. He, then, went on to receive his medical degree (M.D.) from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (F.A.C.S.) He completed 6 years of residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, including an internship in General Surgery and a Chief Resident year in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Prior to joining the Center for Oral and Facial Surgery Dr. Morris was in private practice in the DFW area with an academic appointment at John Peter Smith Hospital where he ran a clinic focused on facial pain and temporomandibular disorders. He also managed facial trauma at both Adult and Pediatric Level I Trauma Centers. Dr. Morris has published peer-reviewed articles and textbook chapters on subjects ranging from facial anatomy, nerve injury, and management of pediatric and adult maxillofacial trauma. He has presented both nationally and internationally. Dr. Morris is a member of: the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS), the American Dental Association (ADA), the Texas Dental Association (TDA), and the American College of Surgeons (ACS)

  • Dr. Alexander Geiger, DMD

    Dr. Geiger completed his surgical training at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. Dr. Geiger’s training focused on the management of impacted teeth, complex orofacial infections, facial trauma, nerve repair, ablation of benign/malignant pathology, and microvascular reconstruction. Dr. Geiger earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2015 at the Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and his Bachelor’s degree in Biology in 2010 from Pennsylvania State University. He performs surgeries ranging from wisdom teeth extractions and dental implant placement to corrective jaw surgery and facial reconstruction. Dr. Geiger is certified to perform all levels of anesthesia and holds certificates in Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. As a practicing Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, he is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS), the American Dental Association (ADA), and the Texas State Dental Association (TDA).
